I recently bought some Lead Data 4x DVD-R disks - quite cheaply in fact, unit cost less that €1. However, I recently found out the burned DVD video disks show some compatibility problems with one of my standalone players, a Sony NS-430 which I thought was far more flexible regarding media compatibility than my older DAV-S800. The strange thing is that some disks from the same spindle play OK and others don't (CAN'T PLAY or DISK DIRTY error messages).![]()
Has anybody else had a similar problem ? The newer player is still under warranty but I'm not sure it's worth taking it to the service centre ...
