Has anyone been using ATI Capture cards with windows XP? XP Comes with DirectX 8.1 already but when I try to launch the TV Capture application, I get the following error: "TV Player failed to initialize the video" According to DirectX web site the Video Capture upgrade to DX 8.0 is suppose to fix this error, but the upgrade is for 9x, 2000 and ME, if I try to install from XP the install thinks the OS is NT, and will not install. Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

nope the install I did for XP was exactly the same as the install for win2k and everything was fine.
i am sure that video update is included with XP so it doesnt need to be installed again.
go to control panel and hardware config and check for any hardware that is detected but not installed, if there are any, update the drivers and point them to the install directory for MMC7.x
