best software for making menus, inserting chapters etc

what do people use to make title pages, menus and to insert chapters etc......whats the easiest software to use??

I mesed around with Ulead's Movie Factory and it was pretty easy in inserting movie clips and then creting a menu with chapters.

i like TMPGEnc Author - very simple, straight forward, idiot-proof, which is exactly what i need

I second TMPGEnc DVD Author. It's a very intuitive prog that takes minimal time to learn, is more flexible than people think, and is very stable. It's the only prog I use for authoring. (unless I need subtitles)

I will throw another vote in for TMPGEnc DVD Author. By far one of the best programs I've used for authoring DVDs.

I do like to make my own backgrounds and other things using photoshop, after effects and premiere.

TDA (TMPGEnc DVD Author) is pretty idiot proof after you figure out adding the second tracks....and it wasn't difficult...but I'm a bit of slow learner.
