audio/video sync

Hi,

I use ffmpegX to create divx movies but i've got a problem: audio and video are not sync when i play back my movies on a hardware divx player. I use the codec "mpeg4 ffmpeg" or "xvid mencoder" for video and MP3 96 kbps, CBR, stereo for audio. My hardware divx player is the dx-3220 from H&B. Is there anyone who knows the same problem ?
