how to burn 850 or 900 CD-R with Plextor

Hello,

I have a Plextor 12/10/32 IDE writer and Nero 5.5. I tried using the new 850 and 900 CD-R, but Nero keeps telling me that there is not enough space. The size of the image is small enough to fit the large cdr. I heard that the new larger cdr do not work with all burners.

Do I need to get a new burner? Is so, which brand or what can I do to burn with the larger cdr?

It's a firmware limitation of the Plextor drive. IIRC they only allow up to 89:59 (I think the 2410T does 94:59???).
