How do I Adjust contrast & brightness in Ulead Videostud

I use Hauppauge PVR2USB to capture my video but I need to adjust the brightness, contrast & colour prior to wriitng to DVD. How is this done in Ulead Videostudio 7? Or should I do it some other way?

Under the Capture Tab-->Options-->Video Properties-->
Properties...-->Video Control Tab.

The problem is I have to capture video using my hauppauge PVR2 USB as it does not work inside Ulead. The capture inside Ulead doesn't work for me due to this incompatability. Also Is there another eay to adjust these values without having to re-render the entire mpeg2 file in another package.
