    Besweet never creates an output file, should I let the program sit for like 20 minutes because I've done it and nothing comes from it

    Mine doesn't create AC3 anymore, thought I read the author did that on purpose because of compliancy issues, but everything else seems to work fine.
    If you want AC3, might have to get an older version, not sure which one though.
    Or use ffmpggui like Tommyknocker said. It seems to work great for me also.

    I have another program for AC3 (sonic foundry soft encode), but I need something for audio framerate changes for converting from PAL to NTSC and NTSC to film, etc.
