  1. Just bought a dvd writer and starting to learn on how to make dvd with advanced menus. I have done many vcds and svcds with and without menus. My question is when I encode avi to mpeg-2 format, is there any difference with the size and time frame of the mpeg-2 format. I started with tmpgenc and saw that the files were gonna be huge. I just don't know if the size of the file will affect the playing time of the files. Basically what I want to do is to have four mpeg-2 file on one dvd. I really don't know where to go from here. If there is a good guide explaining all this, I would appreciate a link to it. I have looked at a lot of guides and some posts. Just don't have time to look at everything like I used to when I learned on making vcds and svcds. Thanks for any help.

I'm wondering, do you want four DVD movies on one DVD-R, or just four MPEG-2 files on one DVD-R? Creating DVD menus is part of Authoring so check the guides there. If you just want four files burned to a DVD, just use your favorite burner like Nero to drag and droop all files to DVD-ROM folder and burn.
    Hello.
