At the end of the TMPGEnc Wizard to convert avi to mpeg2, there is an option saying "Output audio and video as individual elementary streams" Does anyone know what this means?
Thanks

Yes, some DVD Authoring programs need separate streams for Audio and Video. They will be multipled during the Authoring process.
As tmpgenc has known issues with Audio, this is the best way to make a perfect DVD:create mpv (the video stream) and add Audio later.
And elementary stream is nothing else but a file containg video or audio only. -

No, multiplexed. It's a typo!Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Ok thanks.
I didn't select this option when I converted my avi to .mpg and now I have no Video_TS and Audio_TS files. How do I burn it without them? I tried multiplexing the mpeg afterwards and it came up with 'illegal video mpeg stream'!
