ac3tool not installing properly?

I just used the link provided by dvdrhelp, to get ac3tool, but when I install the program an error appears, and asks to retry/ignore. I retried several times with no success. So then I just ignored it, it finished installing, but when I go to extract the ac3 file I get an error saying Run-time errror'5': invalide procedure call or argument? So I guess what Im asking is does anyone know another site to get ac3tool, or a similar program to this (a simple one like this one, no need to be advanced, just want to get dvd concert onto a cdr)

Ok got it to install....now problem is after using dvd decrypter to get vobs, when I try to extract the ac3 file I get a run-time error '5' and the program shutsdown. I've used this technique before, but now this error appears, and ideas???
