vcd to mpg

hi

i have downlaoded to different cds for a dvd and managed to change one to mpg and now can not remember what i did to do that and every method i try wont work for the second disc. i was wondering if someone could please enlighten me on this process if it is a .tar file and when opened there are about 30 little ones which opened reveal .cue and .bin files.

Extract the tar file using winrar to give you the bin an cue file. Mount the bin as a virtual drive using daemon tools or alternatively burn the image to disc. Then use vcd gear to extract the dat file (assuming it is a VCD) to an mpeg file.
