I've got a ton of dvd's recorded on a Panasonic standalone dvd recorder and I'd really like to add chapters and a different menu. I've tried dvdxdv but wasn't really too happy with the quality loss from the multiple conversions.
Does anybody know of a way to do this on a mac?
I'm using a 1ghz G4 Powerbook running OSX 10.3 with 768 MB of RAM.

One option is to use Cinematize to rip each DVD movie into a MPEG files and then use CaptyDVD to author a new DVD with menus from those MPEGs.
I don't use OSEx, Sizzle or DVD Studio Pro so I'm ignorant about their features which may do this job just as well or better.
