    hi i have an ifo file that i want to burn on a dvd+r what is the best free program that i could use

    thanks


    or is there away to burn this file with dvd dycypter??

    ive downloaded but when i go to burn it comes up with "medium in drive is not writable"

    the disc that i am using is tdk dvd + r and is blank
