    I have an XKVCD that weighs in at about 786megs, and yet I cannot burn it for some reason.

    I create a new VCD in Nero, uncheck "Create standard compliant VCD", load the *.mpg and it tells me I'm trying to burn more than 80 minutes. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong, or if there's a different application I can use?

    Have you got VCDEasy?

    I always use that without problems.

    Some Nero versions (the early Nero 6.x releases) just can't burn a full size cd, if you use one of them, you have to use VCDEasy or some other authoring application to make an image file and then burn with Nero. If you don't have the latest Nero, download it.
