Did I get burned on Ulead VideoStudio 7 Upgrade

Howdy All,

A while ago I posted asking questions about upgrading to Ulead VS7 from my VS4 SE. I asked the question if the full package has more transitions/effects etc than the trial version and the census I got was that there was way more stuff in the full version. Well anyway's I go to the Ulead site and punch in my existing VS4 serial # to qualify for the upgrade, dowload the upgrade file online and install. Well to my I was a litle to find out that it had only the same transitions/effects and looked exactly the same as the trial version I had. I made sure to uninstall the trial version etc before I upgraded and my CC# says that I paid for the full upgrade so what's the deal It was also supposed to come with Cool3D as an extra and that never appeared neither........hmmm............any thoughts?

Click here to download the rest of the transitions. Also, ask Customer Service about the missing Cool3D. I received it in my download just fine.
