i have captured digital tv from my computer and my computer has captured the vid in 16:9 ratio.
but the video is in 4:3. so i have big black lines on the edges of my video. how do i remove these edges?
the file is in mpeg 2 format

TMPGenc (advanced settings) allows you to select the area you wish to encode. There are plenty of guides on it if you can't figure it out.
