  1. The first dual layer burner has been listed starting to sell in 2Q of 2004. I can't wait, no more recrompressing dvds!!

    Yes, I cant wait either ... cant wait for the complaints that dual layer media costs 20 dollars and why is the man ripping off all the good people...

    yes, but hey this was how it was for dvdr in the beginning.

    over time dual layer burners and disks should hopefully be around the price of what our media is now

    and the beauty, thing what dvdr's will cost then!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Yeah and by that time DVD movies will be authored on 18gb DVD's. And HD DVD will be more common.

    its a shame people always fail to realize things like that.. the movie industry is always going to make sure the consumers are a few steps behind without fail........we will always need some type of recompression method because once we have dual layer they will probably start up w/ blue laser.
    As below, so above and beyond, I imagine
    drawn outside the lines of reason.
    Push the envelope. Watch it bend.

    Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind. Withering my intuition leaving all these opportunities behind.
