    welp, i just ordered my pioneer dv 434 got a great deal on it to only 124.99. just wanna thank any1 who posted messages about this player, otherwise i wouldn't have had any clue as to which player to get. thanx all.

    you welcome ( was the one that started those threads about the dv 434 pioneer) and i also got mine this saturday that just passed and it is great. I was playing xsvcd's on it the other day. it is just amazing for the price.
