So I am capturing w/ Pinnacle 8 SE software and I am capturing in DV format. When I save to MPEG, the result is not good. I want to save to MPEG so I can burn on a CD-R and mail to someone for viewing on a computer. Any suggestions about what settings I should select for nice quality MPEG's? My MPEG's are only 5 minutes or so each and I am only putting 1 or 2 on a disk so I think I have plenty of space on the CD-R to work with. Thanks.
