I'm basically looking for something that has excellent picture quality. I can't seem to find any comparisons between the two and was hoping someone could help me out. Still imaging isn't important. I want to spend somewhere around 1000-1300 so if anyone can suggest something better than the two state above, I’d appreciate the advice. Thanks.

Go to your local electronics store and check them out. I found that the PC105/330 models are awkward to hold and operate the buttons with one hand. Where as the TRV series buttons(zoom, record..) are more accessable when using.
