full disc copy of Young Ones S2 skips chapters

I did a full disc copy of The Young Ones Series 2 using DVDDecrypter and DVD2ONE, burning the resulting files to a -R using Nero 6 opting for DVD video-compliant files as I have done without problems for many other copies.

When I played the disc in the PC it worked perfectly but when I played it in my standalone it let me select the episode I wanted and then played a split second of each chapter before skipping on to the next. The only way I could get normal playback was if I omitted the menu. This is the first time I've had this problem with a disc with episodes, can anyone please offer any advice as to what I can do to copy the complete disc and have it play properly?

I have experienced similar problems. Simply DONT use nero to burn. Use something else like CLONEDVD or RecordNow Max. Nero has this annoying way of recoding already compiled DVD's, thus making them not work. Either that, you can rip with DVD Decrypter and downsize and burn with CLONEDVD, it always works for me.

Thx for the tip. I've since tried DVDShrink, letting it burn the disc itself rather than use a dedicated burning tool and the discs are perfect!
