Ulead DVD PictureShow Question, Thx

Just came back from a trip to the US with digital pics and short videos taken from the digital camera.

Am using Pictureshow for a multimedia slideshow inclusing video from the digital camera.

I know I can import the video into Pictureshow but when I burn project to dvd, will the video be automatically converted from avi to mpeg2?

Where can I read more about this? Ulead's site is rather scarce with these info.

When you Burn it will convert any file that is not DVD compliant. Otherwise it will not be playable on your stand alone DVD unit. Test it out.
