hey, arn't pdi files already images? oh well, why do u need to make an .img file? use imgtools to make an iso then burn with dvddecrypter. hopefully u have ifo files already? if not then u'll need to author the dvd, guides off to the left.

    hope this helps, josh

  3. i have the ifo files yes already authored, i want img instead because i never have any problems with these files when ive had them on my pc before.
ive kept the pdi files just incase its easier to convert pdi to img instead of vob to img

  4. Just save yourself the headache and burn the PDI with DVD Decrypter.

i am guessing you got those .pdi files from pinnacle InstantCopy.

Also they would be in the form .pdi1 .pdi2 so on and a .pdi (or something like that).

There is a little tiny software called "PDI2ISO". It converts all your pdi files into an iso file which can be burnt with ANY burning software. It does it relatively quick too.

Google search it and you should be able to find it. Or else, pm me and i will send it to you.

    Cheers.

I wouldn't do that. Sometimes Instant Copy doesn't do things exactly right...so you might want to check the DVD before burning it.

    You can download pdi2iso at:

    http://www.mrbass.org/instantcopy/

Daemon Tools will let you watch the DVD from the ISO file. You can get it at www.doom9.net
