ReJig aborts during Multiplexing

Iam using rejig to add some subtitles to NTSC movie.
Whenever it comes to multiplexing subs it suddenly aborts. It does make the 1st stage creating Mux file, but at the 2nd it stops. As result it leaves VTS_01_1 which is about 70kb.
Could it be celltimes or something with the sups?
I've authored quite few movies with rejig and never had this problem.

its a good tutorial
but still it doesnt fix my problem.

You need to tell us some more detail then - what did you use to create the M2V,what did you use to create the subs (ie what format are they) and the chapter file.... etc

Are you sure that you have all the correct formats for rejig to handle ?

i use exactly that method in the quide u posted earlier. I really have no clue what could be the problem.
I even tried authoring with everything intact from demux, no changes at all(with celltimes of course), problem still remains. Rejig just stops when the bottom status bar says "Multiplexing Subtitles".

Funny thing is when i tried another dvd(release) it worked fine.
