Choose your output size, then video>compression. Choose your codec.
File>Save as Avi -
how do i re-encode something to a high/lower resolution ? using V-Dub?
It's a little bit difficult to post a reply since your a little bit unspecific with what exactly you want to do. Do you want reencode to SVCD/VCD/DVD/AVI/DIVX/ASF, any way I hope the following links would help you figure it out.
