  1. Hi all,

I just bought a Sanyo model 6070 at Walmart, and it says it plays mp3s.

I created 2 discs on cdrw disk, the first time I didn't close the disc, - it didn't play. The second time I closed the disk and it didn't play.

Do I just copy .mp3 music files to the disk in EZCD and then burn it out ?

    I'm confused a little

    Cheryl-Anne.
    help !

To use your words - YES - close session

    Did a quick search - first page i found..........was

    http://www.sanyocanada.com/consumer/video/dvd_player/dvd_6070.html

    Is this yours?
If so it doesn't state that it decodes MP3 .

  3. Hello,

it seems you are right ok now I'm depressed.

Ok, HOW would I create a proper CD though to play .mp3 music files in a player that does support mp3 play ?

is it just a matter of copying them over ?

  4. Yes Cheryl-Anne,

All you have to do is copy them over, but some players will only display names in the "old" 8.3 format.

If they wont support MP3's, but will support XVCD's, you can burn it that way - a very low bit rate video, with near CD-quality audio...

There are a couple of TMPGEnc files stored here to do that. I think I managed 4 hours of audio books on one 650MB CD

  5. Try my Audio XVCD TMPGEnc template available in
    the templates section at
    http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcdtools.htm

My Pioneer DVD player does not play MP3s; this is a
    good workaround.
