lol. well I didn't know what to call it exactly. It's not a tattoo because its not ink. Its actually metal or some other material around her nipple. Looks like metal. And I was originally going to call it a tassle but its not that either. It doesn't hang like a tassle so I just thought I would call it a medallion.
