DVD HELP URGENT

Hi,

I wrote about an NEC DVD writer 1300a, I took it back to where I got it from, they have now tested it and said it works fine, trouble is no it doesn’t.

They gave me Nero ultra 6 and DVD shrink. My settings are these the DVD ROM is a slave, my other CD RW is a salve, and My DVD combo drive is the master. Have I got these settings wrong?

I have also Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2, that dosent work either HELP!!!!!!!!!

Nero now comes up with power calibration problem, am I going mad? Or doing something wrong? Can someone please help me as I am ready for throwing the PC through the window?

Calm down....it's only a computer....a computer that still works. You need to tell us ALOT more about what you are doing.

Who GAVE you DVDShrink?...it is only available via download.

You need to do some SERIOUS reading under the "Articles" section over on the left hand side of your screen.

OK,

The drive is in the PC now as we speak, here's what happends,

I have install Nero 6 Ultra on the disk they gave me is just a logo with shrink on it, it ask these questions, so you have an email where I can send you screen dumps of whats going on????
