Okay, here is what I want to be able to do...hopefully someone can help. I've been recording home videos to a DVD recorder. It is a hellofalot faster than going through my pc. I want to archive the tapes as they were recorded, so that's what I'm doing. NOW, I want to take bits and pieces of these home DVDs and author them into nice edited DVDs with menus and chapters, etc. How can I either capture parts of the DVD or how do I get the vob files into mpg2 or even avi files to do that? I know I can use TMPGenc, but the audio doesn't work. There should be a way to do this...right??? Thank you for any words of advice.![]()
