hi
I need to convert over 50 dvds to mpeg2 (lower bitrate) in a short time. Some of my friends adviced me buying video card but i really dont have any experience with them.So here`s what i need and i really hope that you`ll be able to help me with choosing best solution.
I`m looking for a card that will convert dvd and add effects in realtime :
- capture - hardware DVD (vob) > mpeg,mpeg2 compression (bitrate 1125-2000)
- video cropping (I would like to remove black fields on the right and left side of video)
- I would like to add my own logo in the right bottom corner of the movie
- I would like also to change resolution ( from NTSC 720*480 29,97 fps to PAL 352*288, 25 fps )
some of people adviced me Canopus Storm2 + adobe premier, but i`m really looking for your opinions.
Bernard
