    i tryed to make CBR on 1600 kbps for VCD and it was successful!
    my dvd played it without problems! the picture became more accurate.

    my question is:
    if this is normal? may this cause problems to my standalone dvd in future?

    It is quite common that DVD playesr will play these XVCD's. It is non-standard though so there is no guarantee that any particular player will play them, so you may be screwed when you buy a new model in the future.
