    1. a bump is when you reply to your own topic so it appears at the top page of the forum you posted it to, hence keeping it "fresh"

    2. have you tried google.com to look for your sounds? Go on that search engine and do some searches for wav sounds or "sound effect wav files" you will then find plenty of sites with what you are looking for
