DVD Media Sites

ok im new to these sites i have checking out through this site, im looking to get some dvd-r's at some good prices, preferably the ritek g04. I have been checking out newegg and meritline, and they have great prices. What i want to know is how is the customer service at these places? Like if i have a problem with what im sent will they help me out or just blow me off? Any feedback i cant get will be greatly appriciated.

As a veteran of online buying of tons of technology stuff, I can say that Newegg.com is by far my favorite source for everything. Their speed and service are as impressive as their 'shipped' prices.

I'd use them exclusively for Ritek G04.
