I bought a DVD-RW last month that came bundled with a DVD authoring software called MyDVD. Even after I converted my AVI files to mpeg2 files, I would get an error message about the format not being supported which had something to do with the PGCEditorCoreBase (whatever that is).
I tried to use DVD Maestro instead and I'm getting similar errors. Firstly, when I open the application, a dialogue box comes up that says I have no decoders. Then when I try to import an mpeg 2 file is says "Media Not Supported Error (0Xc1b0002)".
How can I get my authoring programs to accept mpeg2's? Is there a reason why it isnt supporting these files?
