    Bob Hudson has expanded his review of the LaCie Fastcoder including a test using a 266 mhz G3. This looks like a winner for people working with DV format.

    Yes this sounds like a winner! Too bad it's $250.00 a bit high for me but well worth it if you can afford it. I imagine if and when they sell it in other countries they would come up with a Pal version. In fact i think LaCie's main company is based in France. So likely sell Pal /Sescam? versions in Europe.
