my ogm file has subs in it how do i convert it to avi with the subs?

Get yourself Virtualdubmod. I've never had to do what you are wanting to perform but Vdubmod is the tool you will need. If you go to "File" you can save as AVI. You may have to go to the Streams menu then Stream List to re-encode the audio to mp3 and demux the subs file. You'll probably need to keep it in the same directory as the AVI to view the subs.
