Has anyone had any success at importing non-DVD compliant mpeg2 video into DVD SP 2.0 by patching the header? In my case, I'm trying to patch the header of a 480x480 DirecTiVo file to 'fool' DVD SP into thinking it's 720x480. I know I can convert the file to 720x480 using various utilities, but I don't want to reduce the quality of the video in any way.
The header patch proedure is easy, and it works for those running DVD SP 1.5. But 2.0 is a different story, as it tells me the file is an unsupported format.

DVDSP2 checks the entire elementary video stream for compliance. Most header patcher programs only patch the header at the beginning of the first GOP of the stream.

A 480x480 .m2v was modified so that EVERY frame of the film had an acurate 720x480 picture size, and still DVD Studio Pro 2.0 would not import.
There's some other parameter that DVD SP 2.0 doesn't like.
