dude, I have seen this picture before... it is truly sick isnt it? It does look a bit funny though doesnt it? I mean the way the dudes eyes are, especially hi sright eye. Also, I wonder how he is breathing OK, wouldnt there be pints of blood just going down his throat, chocking him? Wouldnt he need an air pipe to breathe OK? I wonder if it has been doctored in anyway... If not, YES it is the sickest picture that I have ever seen, it still sticks in my mind from when I first saw it!

Reminds me of that Jap film series called "faces of death". Apparently the first film took more money than Star Wars in Japan. For those who don't know this video series its basically like home videos of people meeting their maker. You only have to look at the number of views on this post to see that taboo will always be popular?? Btw - I hope that guy was doctored, it would be pretty uncomfortable walking down the street like that - Lol

Faces of Death isn't Japanese. It have have done well in Japan, but you maybe thinking of another series. There is "Traces of Death", which is a truly sick series. Faces of Death is all fake, maybe 10% real if that. There are also like 5 of them, the 5th being the most sick b.c it's from Germany not the US. But look into "Traces of Death" series, much more real and sick. The Japanese had their own series of sick gore videos, but I forget the name.

Faces of death came out in 1977? Approx 50% of the footage is bullshit and most of the grainy newsreel footage is real. All the names of the actors and production staff were pseudonyms. Take the narrator the aptly named Francis B Gross.Btw one of the worst films has to be Nekromantik or the sequel. I actually met the director of this movie (friend of my sisters boyfriend)- turned out to be a stable guy in a loving relationship. Mind you he did look a bit like the (Ayrian superhumans) (Dolph Lungren perhaps) that Hitler would have created if he had had his way....

I wonder if it actually was a motorcycle accident anyway... when I saw the image for the first time, it said the cause was unknown. Its the internet isnt it? How do we really know if a) it is real. b) if it was a motorcycle accident? I expect that there is another site with the caption "Why we dont chew nitro-glycerine", underneath the picture
.
BTW, I saw a real howler once... it was on an aircraft carrier - There was this jet plane on deck, stationary, everybody cleared out of the way after this guy gave some signals... everybody that is apart from one sorry ass dude that thought he knew better - LOL, was he ever wrong! He was right underneath the fromt of the wing, I guess the pilot couldnt see him, anyway after a few sceonds he gets sucked INTO the jet engine intake! There was then a small explosion, flames and shit.
I dont think it was fake, staging it would have probably killed the guy anyway.
Oh well... -
that shit is sick man...that almost made me throw up...i wander how he could actual breath..ewwwwwwwww
-
Yeah i saw it a while back. It said he had a m-80 in his mouth.Ig that happened to you would you be that calm and then let some ******* take your pic?? \Its top-grade BS/

That was really sick, but isn't this partly the reason the old board got shut down? People posting stuff that has nothing to do with VCDs and taking up extra bandwith ( which is exactly what I am doing now posting this message).

Sorry about that last comment, didn't see that was posted to the off topic forum.

when you see things like that, it kind of makes you wonder and appreciate the life you have while you have it. imagine being in the shoes of some of those people in the pictures. horrifying to know that things like that can actually happen to anyone......also, if anyone can help with my hard drive post i'd be gratefull. should be on the home page for a little while...

ok, I was born in 85' and never heard of "Faces of death." Yes, mr. 16 year old can handle the gore, so would someone mind telling me what all is on the movie?
-
O.k... Faces Of Death was made in 1979 in the U.S. for the Japanese market. It was released theatrically in the U.S in 1981 by a company called Aquarius. Footage included open heart surgery, autopsies, an alligator attacking a game warden, victims of a spree killer, a sky dive with failing parachute, train collisions and executions. Subsequent films- there were five at the last count, included a section on how KFC is made (I guarantee that you would no longer eat it). Vid is probably still kicking round in the states (it was banned in England and Germany). I heard a story somewhere, that a major aircraft producer were testing their engines with the aid of a chicken being passed through them. Only problem was that the details got muddled, and instead of the chicken being thawed, the company stupidly used a frozen one. Goodbye aircraft hanger!....

I was thinking of a scene from Austin Powers II where Austin drank the "coffee". Now that was sick!
-
Seems to be many sites dedicated to this film like http://www.facesofdeath.com -
That is the most fake thing I have ever seen....that is obviously the monsters face from "predator"...I have yet to prove the "girl_shot.avi" is fake...I wish someone could though. It just seems way too real.

Shit! I take it you mean that clip thats floating round on Morpheus. If thats real I'm wiping it off my hardrive now! But if that is from FOD movie then it must be staged, because the real stuff is mainly grainy newsreel footage. There is no way a video distributor could put that out without getting arrested if it was real. In fact in Britain there has never been one proven case of a commercially released film having been deliberately made as a "snuff movie". Having said that if anyone has ever seen either Cannibal Holacaust or Cannibal Ferox, these are both films where video shop owners in Britain were sued over distributing alledged snuff material. In both cases this is totally laughable if you have seen this stuff....

Lol!! (d4n13l)
I was just kind of wondering though, how would you advertise for this kind of job....

-
Have u checked out the (girl shot clip) or kickboxing incident?? Nasty....
http://www.sptimes.com/News/102600/Weekend/Lifting_the_mask_from.shtml
The link above concerns an interview with the real guy who supposedly made the films...
[ This Message was edited by: bilbogod on 2001-11-14 15:18:30 ] -
Whats this kick boxing incident then? Do you have any live links for downloading some of these clips? I am only on 56K so I dont want to waste what precious little bandwidth I have downloading crap.
Has anybody seen that woman getting hit by a train video? That is bad... I dont think it is fake either. This woman just plain walks over a train track without looking (there is man with her, but he steps back 2 seconds early)... then bam! No blood or guts - she just tumbles past the camera! (at like 60MPH!)
-
Type "kickboxing leg break" into Morpheus. I'ts only a small file but pretty horrible. Had a look at the faces of death clips earlier on Morpheus. There's tons of them, which just goes to show how many sick bastards there are out there
As for the train incident, I'll look up the clip (I found that jet engine one you mentioned), but I did see something resembling this once whilst riding the London Underground
-
mmmm, you live in the UK then?
Do you remember a few years ago that footballer that broke his leg? All the papers had a picture of his leg being broken - the guys lower leg (from his knee to his ankle) had a 90 degree break. ou could see the bones sticking out of his socks!
Was that jet engine one a .mov? Do you think it was real or not? -
Opinion has it that the jet engine incident was real, although some joker suggested that this bloke survived! I'll see if I can dig up a link for it. Can't remember that football incident though. Just seen that train clip (525kb) on Morpheus. It's impossible to say whether it's real or fake.... You don't see enough detail. The funniest clip I ever saw is on Morpheus ("how to get your girlfriend to...."
but it is quite a big file (10mb)...
