    which frame rate should i use to convert vob to mpeg NTSC 29.97 or 23.97?. on some dvd i use 29.97. it came out great. but many others don't. it double the frame at some points or something. what's the different between 29.97 and 23.97? will you lose frames in 23.97 since it has 6 frames less than 29.97....

    no 23.97 fps movies do play smoothly, so you might as well use it.
