    How would you create a backup of a disk with a side A and side B (movie only)

    I use these tools all the time, but i've never attempted to put both on 1 dvdr.Why don't you just use 2 dvdr's and get exact copys of both sides,or just pick the version of the movie you want,and use 1 disk.

    Maybe I didn't make myself clear...sorry...

    half the movie is on one side...the rest is on the other side...

  5. Rip (at least) one side to HDD then hit "Copy DVD Titles"

    It might be worth a try to copy all of side A onto the hard drive.Add the VTS_* with the rest of the movie from B side to the same folder.I suspect you will only need the movie VTS, and not the rest of the files,as they will be on A side already.You may have to rename the VTS_ movie files from side B to be the same and continuing order as the A side.You end up with one VTS _* of the movie,plus the necessary files from A side.

    I was successful but only after using dvdshrink...

    Apparently CloneDVD cannot handle this process yet....

    Now CloneDVD worked fine on Das Boot, but I did a straight backup of each side...
