How do I stream video from capture card

I would like to know how or what software I can use to stream live video, i.e. VCR output across the web from one PC to another PC using a capture card. I have the capture card that was included when we purchased Pinnacle Studio 8 Deluxe. I have been trying to determine which card it is that was included with the software, but it comes up pretty generic under hardware devices.
