    when i try to open a svcd file in my isobuster is says the primary volume descriptor (PVD) is unreadable, i am trying to convert svcd to mpeg

    Your post seems wrong. SVCD IS mpeg. What exactly do you want to do ?

    SVCD to DVD maybe ?

    i want to burn my svcd video file onto a vcd, but it won't read my svcd file in nero so i want to convert it into mepg first

    SVCD is MPEG 2 VCD is MPEG 1 have you tried burning it as a SVCD ?. If nero still will not recognise the file use tmpgenc to reencode the file.
