I am importing video from my new DV cannon camcorder through a DAC-100 into Premiere 6.5 and the video in premiere comes out MUCH darker than what is shown in the LCD view screen or when you run it directly to a TV. Can someone give me any help on a setting change or something to brighten up the video in Premiere or something???

before you do anything drastic, burn a small section of the video to a disc and play it on your tv with a regular dvd player - you may find that your footage is fine, and it's just your computer monitor or video monitor is dark.
