    I cannot find a download for the latest dvd shrink , is the site down ?
    Anyone know where else to get it from ?

    I think the problem is thats about the only place that has it. all other links I've seen still go to version 3.1.3

    v3.1.4b1 is available for download.

    It contains a new ""Built-in Software Renderer" option.
    You do not need to download/install it if you do not experience problems with the preview.
