It appears that the CPU was operating so fast that it began to execute instructions before they arrived. This execution of future instructions created a small tear in space-time itself through which part of the cpu passed into a parallel universe

  5. Hello,
I am using sonic 4.0 but same problem occured using other software a week ago. Captured mpeg-2, edited in a start icon, then burned using same format. It has PowerDVD File. I am using dvd+ burner.
    Thanks for any help.

  6. It turns out that after further review, my capture was out of sync. and it was not fine. Used Neodvd and sync problem is a little better. 4 second difference down to 2 seconds, but still hard to deal with. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

  7. I have Audio sync issues as well, but they only seem to start occuring after 45min to an hour of capture. So I capture shorter segments using Pinnacle Studio 8 (DV capture) Then simply splice them together as I encode to MPG. This is simple to do with Studio.

    I hope this helps.

  8. On the fly conversion could also be a problem. I capture in DV AVI format using MGI Videowave 5, and then encode that file to mpeg using a good encoder (Canopus ProCoder). I have no problem with audio sysnc if I do it this way.
