  1. hello,i am a newbie at this.I can make vcd or svcd no problem!but i would like to know i can i make those vcd,svcd full screen on my 32 inch tv.for vcd i choose in tmpgenc the advance tab "center(custom size)640*480.but it does not work with svcd!!!!
    any answer would be appreciate.

  2. Firstly, is the source material full screen? If the source material is in a letter-boxed format, it is better to keep it as such.

  3. in dvd2avi i get 4.3,ntscfilm,23,697.when i put the dvd in the player it is full screen.but on my computer i always get cinemascope.

  4. Have you tried making a standard SVCD or VCD yet? SVCD uses a framesize of 480x576 (PAL) or 480x480 (NTSC). VCD uses are framesize of 352x288 (PAL) or 352x240 (NTSC).

    Your framesize of 640x480 isn't a standard framesize.

  5. i have done many svcd or vcd with standart resolution like you say,but none of them is full screen on my tv.What i really want to know is,is it possible to make a ntsc 4:3 vcd or svcd standart compliant with nero that will be full screen on my 32inch tv?

  6. If your original source was full-screen (4:3), then the S/VCD should also play full-screen.

  7. thank you for your fast answers.appreciate.the thing is it's seem to be always cinemascope.even on my computer with windows media player,or windvd.Maybe it's a settings on my dvd player.but thanks anyway.
