  1. Does anyone know how to completely remove WinDVD from Windows 98SE so that you can download the trial version again? or even install a full version? you have to remove the trial version first, but I can't!!
I have used the trial version's uninstaller to remove it but it has left something behind I guess, so it won't reinstall.
I uninstalled it and now I can't view SVCD's or encode/cut them with TMPGEnc!
Don't offer other programs to try 'cause Ive tried a few and these two seem to be the only ones that will work properly with my limited knowledge
    Thanks!

  2. As i've mentioned in email, locate and remove the InterVideo folder from your system, usually under C:\Program Files\InterVideo
Next, load REGEDIT and search for WinDVD in registry, whatever you find, delete it, then reboot the system, and you should be able to install WinDVD again.
    Email me for faster replies!
