I wouldn't worry about it. As long as your only backing up dvds you own for your own use it doesn't matter.

There is a new software out there I heard about...it's called....No Trace.
It removes all traces of YOUR puter from the DVD's you burn, as well as removes fingerprints and smells that might lead someone back to u.
It only works on rented or borrowed DVD's tho. =) -
