  1. I was unaware that closing the registration screen when SVCD2DVD launches would cause the user data string to generate a new number. I received 2 copies of the same key last evening, which naturally now do not work since the user data doesn't match.

I've sent 2 requests to the support mailbox at SVCD2DVD.com to reset the database so I can generate a machine key but no one appears to be responding.

    Help!!!

Easy for you to say being in the know. Tonight I went to use SVCD2DVD for the first time in a few weeks and got the "expired" message.
No probs I thought I'll just follow the instructions to get the latest version.
Got the registration screen up on the new version, got the relevant web page up and filled in the details and then awaited my registration code.... and waited.... and waited.
Sod it I thought closed the program and tried again and waited... and waited... by now its approaching my bed time so I thought I know I'll check out the forum and now I find out I only get 2 attempts. Oh and by the way I'm still waiting.
I bought a product online tonight and received notification to the same email address instantly so why do I wait so long for SVCD2DVD?

Now I have to turn my PC off as I have builders in in the morning so to get my registration code will require a 3rd and apparently illegal attempt tomorrow night and if I still don't get a code then it will be ongoing every night.

I understand the reasons for implementing this system but it needs to work properly to keep users happy.
    Rock On

If Chris isn't online it have to wait to..

Did you get the demo cause that expired? Normal licenses only expire if Chris gets word you've been handing the program out.

About the registration process. Did you give a valid email when you registered the program? Cause there were a few people that made typo's and then you don't get an emial.

What you do is sending Chris an email to let him know about your problem and he'll help you when he can.

Just send me an email & i can do it manually.

Email with the machine registrations are sometimes blocked by certain ISPs.
