my license key, when do i get it?

Dear Sirs, Dear Madams,

i expect the license key for ffmegx , which i ordered and already paid on th 4th of December 2008 (!) by end of this week, FRI the 16th of Jan 2009.
If you are unable to fulfill this request, please answer immediatelly and send my money back with a written/emailed confirmation by mid of this week, WED the 14th of Jan 2009.
I have to say that this is the worst service i have seen for a long time.
